THE RULES OF WORKING TOGETHER

These terms apply when you hire RequiredFilings.com to prepare or file any compliance work for your business. Last updated 2026-06-11.

1. Who we are

RequiredFilings.com is operated by Sri Vaarahi Computer Services Pvt. Ltd., registered in India under CIN: U72900TG2017PTC118162 with GSTIN: 36AAYCS9154Q1ZZ. Our registered office is 1-3-183/40/A/B, Flat #101, Plot #34, Udaya Aditya Apts, Gandhinagar, Hyderabad, Telangana - 500080.

2. What we do

We prepare and file statutory returns and applications for company registration, GST, income tax, ROC compliance, licenses, IPR, ISO and accounting. We act as your professional service provider, not as your statutory auditor unless a separate engagement letter says so.

3. Quotes and fees

Every engagement starts with a written quote that lists the scope, deliverables, government fees and our professional fees. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Government fees can change at any time — we will tell you before we pay them on your behalf.

4. Payment

Professional fees are payable in full before we begin work, unless the quote says otherwise. Government fees are reimbursable at cost. Invoices not paid within 15 days attract 18% per annum simple interest.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Give us complete, accurate, true documents.
  • Respond to our requests within the time we ask for — statutory deadlines are not negotiable.
  • Tell us about any prior filings, ongoing disputes, or pending notices when you onboard.
  • Approve every draft before we submit it.

6. Our responsibilities

  • Assign a qualified chartered accountant or company secretary to your file.
  • File correctly and on time, based on the documents you give us.
  • Tell you in writing about any deadline, penalty or risk we spot.
  • Keep your data confidential per our privacy policy.

7. Turnaround time

Each quote gives you the working-day turnaround. Government portals, courier and verification timelines are outside our control. We do not promise outcomes that depend on a third party.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the professional fees you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for penalties or losses caused by incomplete information you gave us, delayed approvals or actions you took without telling us.

9. Termination

Either party can end an engagement in writing. You pay for work completed up to the date we receive your written notice. We will hand over all documents and work-in-progress within 7 working days.

10. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad.
